💛Tuesday 1.15-2.30pm @ Challock EMYoga
💛Wednesday 10.00-11.00am @ Lake House Kent EMYoga
💛Thursday 10-11am @ Lake House Kent.
This class will be a blend of EMYoga and a more physical practice.
These classes will be live streamed if you can”t make it physically.
3 Zoom sessions
⭐️Monday 6.00-6.30pm Chair Based Energy Medicine yoga.
⭐️Monday 7.30-8.30pm. A yin class that really gives us the opportunity to slow down and go within.
⭐️Wednesday 6.30-7.00am A free Energy Medicine session, all our welcome to join.
⭐️I am slowly building a library of classes that will also be available to you.
⭐️10% discount off any workshops or extra classes I run by myself throughout the year.
