Hi my name is Denise and I am an Energy support worker whether it be through yoga , dance, meditation, holding space and listening , 1-1 Eden Energy Medicine sessions or physical clearing within the home environment.
I have been on this path for over 20 years and love how my work and studies has led me to where I am now, supporting individuals physically, mentally and emotionally and teaching groups, workshops and retreats helping spread the message that we have so many ways that we can enhance our whole being through simple everyday techniques.
